After many years in the Music Business, playing everything from Country to Jazz, guitarist/song-stylist Conrad Charbonneau decided that the New Millenium was the perfect time to introduce a sophisticated and entertaining multi-faceted trio to the musical world.
Using the smooth sounds of the acoustic guitar, aided by a velvety tenor saxophone and resonant double bass, Conrad has crested a trio with subtle sounds for easy listening and the necessary “punch” for your dance party!
Conrad selected a flexible repertoire that includes standards, swing, latin, rock’n roll and dixie. Requests and specialty numbers are even available.
Ably assisted by two long-time entertainers, Conrad provides every musical need for your occasion with the C’est Si Bon Trio.
Guitarist, singer, bandleader, Conrad Charbonneau is the driving force behind the C’est Si Bon Trio. For over thirty years Conrad has worked in the music business with acts like The New Platters, The Brian Browne Trio, The Cascades and Dewey Martin of The Buffalo Springfield. With his own act, C.C and Company, he opened for Johnny and the Hurricanes, Ray Peterson, Tommy Roe, Ian and Sylvia, Bobby Vee and Les Baronets (Celine Dionne’s husband’s band).
In the 1960’s, Conrad hosted his own TV show on Channel 2-CPLT in Montreal. As well, he performed radio and TV jingles and directed the house band at Montreal’s Sahara Club.
Conrad’s relaxed vocal style and refreshing stage personality will create the perfect ambiance for your special occasion.
